Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

Full refund available for cancellations made within 14 days of enrollment, provided the student has not accessed or completed any course materials or assignments.

Full refund available for course cancellation by the institution due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

Full refund available for technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

 

No Refund

Non-attendance/no activity without notification after 14 days of enrollment.

Inability to finish coursework within the course completion date.

Violation of course policies resulting in dismissal.

 

Refund Processing

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Administrative Fee: A $15 administrative fee may be deducted from refunds to cover processing costs.

 

Special Circumstances

Transfer Option: Students may transfer to another course session (subject to availability) up to 48 hours before the start date for a $15 transfer fee.

Medical/Emergency Situations: Documented medical emergencies or military

deployments may qualify for exceptions to this policy at the institution's discretion.
